Julio Juan García-Sabater, Ph.D. is an associate professor in the Departamento de Organización de Empresas at the Polytechnic University of Valencia. He teaches courses related to Business Management and Continuous Improvement at the School of Industrial Engineers. He is a researcher in the ROGLE group and has participated in various projects funded by both public and private institutions. His research and technology transfer focus on process improvement and lean production, both in the industrial and service sectors. In this regard, he has developed projects with companies in the automotive, furniture, electronics, and healthcare sectors. Additionally, he has a significant line of work in adapting operations management tools in work environments with people with intellectual disabilities.
